EMBL Course: Shift your DNA and RNA Sequencing Library Preparation into Hyper-Drive

The goal is to teach the fundamentals of RNA and DNA library preparation for next generation sequencing applications. Library preparation for DNA samples will be performed. The bioinformatics part covers tools for RNA-seq data analysis using open-source software.
