2017 MBL/NXR Workshop: Advanced Imaging in Xenopus.

A week-long practical workshop on imaging using Xenopus including: optics and microscopy, imaging fixed/immunostained embryos, live imaging embryos and explants, fluorescent fusion proteins, image processing and quantitation.
