We are looking for a motivated young scientist with a good track record of publications.
The project will use start of the art technologies including single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, high content cell imaging, microChIP, and genetic lineage tracing of senescent cells in the heart. The project will specifically focus on epigenetic and metabolic regulated pathways underlying embryonic cell senescence and in turn heart patterning.
The laboratory has already experiences with single cell approaches and epigenetic technologies. Strong preliminary data have been acquired to support the project. The project will be done in collaboration with a Cancer center laboratory and with the bioinformatics HUB of Pasteur Institute (Paris) to compare pathways driving both embryonic and cancer cell senescence.
Please send CV, a letter of motivation with a list of references and a list of publications, ASAP to firstname.lastname@example.org
