Dr Jimena Berni is a Senior Researcher at Brighton and Sussex Medical School. She graduated from the University of Buenos Aires where she also did her PhD. Her main interest has always been understanding the development of animal behaviour. In 2015 she started her lab studying the role of Hox genes for the diversification of neural circuits, in the Department of Zoology, University of Cambridge. She joined Brighton and Sussex Medical School in 2019
