About Cell-ID

This year we have 4 PhD positions available with the following projects:

Cell-ID project 1:
Title: Cell fate transition and histone H3 variants.
Host Institutions: Institut Curie, Institut Pasteur (Paris)
Main Supervisors: Dr. Genevieve Almouzni and Dr. Laura Cantini
Cell-ID project 2:
Title: Development of volumetric multiomic imaging technologies to detect cellular alterations in pediatric cancers.
Host Institutions: CNRS/Inserm, CBS, Montpellier, IBDM Marseille
Main Supervisors: Dr. Marcelo Nollmann and Dr. Cédric Maurange
Cell-ID project 3:
Title: Decoding the transcriptional basis for spatial positioning in developing organisms.
Host Institutions: IGBMC Strasbourg, Institut Curie Paris
Main Supervisors: Dr. Sophie Jarriault and Dr. Thomas Walter
Cell-ID project 4:
Title: Modelling OPCs diversity of the hindbrain and their lineage derail during DMG oncogenesis.
Host Institutions: IFM, Institut Gustave Roussy (Paris)
Main Supervisors: Dr. Stéphane Nédélec and Dr. David Castel

 

Eligibility criteria

  • We welcome applications from excellent and highly motivated students of all nationalities with a passion for science. There is no application fee.
  • Applicants must hold a Master degree or expect to obtain it before the start of the program. The applicants need to have both a BSc and MSc or equivalent (usually 5 years of university studies) to be eligible to join the program.
