The LMCB at University College London has several openings for outstanding scientists to establish independent research groups. We are seeking exceptional candidates to sponsor for career development fellowships. Fellows will be considered for tenured positions before the end of the fellowship term. Applicants should address fundamental biological questions in health-oriented contexts using innovative approaches and technologies. Applications are welcome from researchers working in any area of Molecular, Cell or Developmental Biology, as well as related disciplines.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate synergy with research carried out at the LMCB (https://www.ucl.ac.uk/life-sciences/lmcb/research-teams). We also welcome applicants with interests in the Biology of Cell–Matrix Interactions, RNA Biology & Therapeutics, and the Physics of Living Systems. The ability to teach molecular, cellular and/or tissue-level biology would be an advantage.
