2025 Cell Contact and Adhesion Gordon Research Conference

Cell and developmental biologists–Join us at the 2025 Cell Contact and Adhesion Gordon Conference–Cell-Cell Junctions: Integrating Cell Signals and Mechanical Force in Development and Disease– June 8 – 13, 2025 at the lovely Les Diablerets Conference Center in the Swiss Alps. Since 1973, this has been the premier meeting at the intersection of cell adhesion, mechanobiology, cell signalling, and their relevance to development and disease. Biochemical and mechanical signaling at cell-cell adhesive junctions plays a central role in guiding cell migration, cell polarity, and developmental morphogenesis, and these mechanisms are frequently disrupted in disease. We’ve assembled a strong and diverse program of speakers at the cutting-edge of science in our field. We will provide multiple opportunities for trainees and early-stage investigators to showcase their research, gain visibility in the field, and receive constructive feedback through poster sessions and short talks chosen from the submitted abstracts, and through the associated two-day Gordon Research Seminar (GRS) exclusively for graduate students and postdocs. We will encourage community building through shared meals, unstructured free time, and targeted professional development opportunities, to promote scientific discussion, share mentoring advice, and facilitate old and new collaborations.
