VIZBI 2022: Visualizing Biological Data

Posted by , on 15 February 2022

The USC Bridge Institute (bridge.usc.edu) is pleased to be the Co-Host for this year’s 12th annual meeting of the VIZBI conference (vizbi.org).

VIZBI 2022: Visualizing Biological Data will take place as a virtual (online-only) meeting from March 16-18, 2022, and will feature talks from 21 world-leading researchers showcasing visualizations transforming how life scientists view data, and driving key advances in molecular biology, systems biology, biomedical science, and ecology. This year’s conference will also be accompanied by a pre-conference “Data Visualization Masterclass”, as well as a post-conference workshop on “Understanding COVID Data”.

The conference brings together a diverse community, including bioinformaticians, data scientists, computer scientists, and experimentalists, as well as medical illustrators, graphic designers, and graphic artists.

All participants will have the opportunity to present a poster and lightning talk describing their work. To see examples from previous VIZBIs, please take a look at the VIZBI poster collection online.

Registration is now open – find more information, links to the program and registration pages at https://vizbi.org/2022/.
