Postdoc in skin development, evolution, and regeneration

The Kamberov lab at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine is recruiting to fill a postdoc position investigating the developmental programs and regulatory networks controlling hair and sweat gland formation and evolutionary variation, with applications to understanding the origins of adaptive human skin traits and the regeneration of human skin appendages. The position is supported by NIH funding. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in biology or related field. Applicants with a background in mouse genetics, developmental and evolutionary biology, and expertise in working with large-scale transcriptomic data are especially encouraged to apply.
