Postdoctoral fellow position in tissue morphogenesis
Posted by Celeste Nelson, on 5 July 2022
Location: Princeton University
Closing Date: 31 December 2022
The research groups of Celeste Nelson and Danelle Devenport at Princeton University seek candidates for a postdoctoral fellow to lead a joint project focused on understanding the role planar cell polarity (PCP) in lung development. Our groups use cutting-edge techniques in developmental biology, bioengineering, and bioinformatics to uncover the physical and genomic drivers of morphogenesis.
Our labs are highly collegial and committed to providing an enriching training environment for all postdoctoral fellows, who are encouraged to develop their own independent projects to serve as the foundation for starting their own research groups. We have excellent track records of mentoring postdocs to tenure-track positions. Candidates with backgrounds in developmental biology, mouse genetics, evo/devo, bioengineering, and/or genomics are encouraged to apply. Interested candidates should send a CV, cover letter explaining your interests, and contact information for at least three references to celesten@princeton.edu
