The project includes the prediction and validation of cis-Regulatory Modules (CRMs) in the follicular epithelium of several Drosophila species. Applicants with a Ph.D. and a strong background in molecular biology, including the use of CRISPR/Cas9, genetics, and bioinformatics are encouraged to apply. Interested individuals should send a CV, a short statement of research interests, and three names of references to <yakoby@camden.rutgers.edu>.
