I am the Executive Editor of Development, having joined the journal in 2018 as a Reviews Editor and then Senior Editor. My role involves supporting the Editor-in-Chief, Editors and the in-house team to produce and develop the journal.

I agree with you that a regular sense of progress is really important for well being and self-confidence.
