Three-year international postdoc on advanced imaging of comparative embryo morphogenesis mechanics (now with application link!)

From 1^st November 2025, the Panfilio Lab has an opening for a postdoc to work on an HFSP-funded project on comparative heart development in insects.  This is based at the University of Hohenheim (Stuttgart, Germany), and it will offer opportunities to work with our new light sheet and spinning disc confocal microscopes (including laser ablation experiments).  It is also part of a four-lab international collaboration across Germany, UK, Chile, and Singapore, integrating imaging with modeling and biomechanical assays, and with opportunities to travel to the other labs during the project for advanced interdisciplinary training.
