4 yr Postdoc position in Brazil- brain organoids

We are an international, multidisciplinary team investigating the origins of mental disorders in children. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to develop and optimize human organoid and assembloid models for studying neurodevelopmental disorders.

The successful candidate will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, taking responsibility for research progress and research reporting, presentations at lab meetings, and scientific meetings. Co-supervision of students is also possible if the candidate wishes for it. The official language of the team is English.

The job is a four-year postdoctoral position, with the possibility of renewal for up to an additional year. A highly competitive salary will be offered (R$ 6.500,00), and the postdoc will have a fund (R$ 1.000,00/month) for conferences, travel, or other expenses related to research. We will provide guidance on housing and family visas for the successful candidate.
