Early mouse embryo manipulation research specialist – Stanford University

The Bowling Lab in the Stanford University Department of Developmental Biology is seeking a highly motivated Research Specialist to support research into mechanisms governing mammalian developmental resilience and plasticity. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience working with early mouse embryos, including superovulation, timed matings, embryo isolation and handling, embryo culture and manipulation, and surgical transfer into pseudopregnant females. The position will involve supporting a range of embryo-based experimental approaches and collaborating closely with members of a dynamic and interdisciplinary research team. This is an initial one-year fixed-term position with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding.
