Fully funded 4-year PhD project

We offer a YBDTP-funded PhD project (co-supervised Mehmet UCar) aiming to investigate how cells which differ in identity are able to move together. A very important process for both the development of an animal and cancer metastasis! This project is highly interdisciplinary and will combine multiphoton confocal imaging, quantitative image analysis, genetic and laser perturbation with mathematical modelling.
