CALL FOR POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHERS – JUAN DE LA CIERVA PROGRAM

We are seeking for qualified candidates to apply for the upcoming Juan de la Cierva Postdoctoral Researcher Program funded by the Spanish Government. Candidates must have completed their PhD after January 2023. A strong record of competitive publications is required.

This program offers a unique opportunity to join our research team and contribute to cutting-edge projects. The selected researcher will specifically leverage our newly-developed spinal cord organoid model, which reconstitutes secondary neurulation from human pluripotent stem cells. The project aims to investigate the 4D (3D over time) cell/tissue rearrangements, including de novo lumen formation and the mesenchymal-to-epithelial transition underlying secondary neurulation, both in normal conditions and in cases involving neural tube defects.

We encourage researchers with diverse backgrounds and expertise to apply.
