Postdoc Position in Cytoskeleton and Morphogenesis Lab

The Zaidel-Bar lab ( has an open position for a postdoctoral fellow to study the regulation of the actomyosin cortex in mammalian cells and C. elegans embryos.

The lab is part of the Mechanobiology Institute (, which is the world’s leading center for interdisciplinary research in tissue, cellular and molecular mechanics.


Qualifications: PhD in cell or developmental biology or in biophysics, experience working with cells and/or C. elegans, experience using fluorescence microscopy for live imaging. Experience in the cytoskeleton field is an advantage, but not required.
